Do you accept other methods of payments?
YES I do. I also accept VENMO, ZELLE and Apple Pay. Email me (I get emails messaged to me) and will take your order and give you information on where to send your payment.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes I do. Email me (I get emails messaged to me) with the item name and the address and I will respond with shipping options and you can decide if you want to proceed.
How soon do you ship? and what shipping method do you use?
I use Priority mail via the USPS which takes 1 to 3 days, holidays may cause delays. I use USPS priority that is trackable. If you have problem receiving mail please ask BEFORE you purchase to purchase insurance. Once the package leaves my hands (drop off at post office) I will send you a tracking number and I am no longer responsible for the item.
Do you make customized necklaces?
YES I do.
Send me a message and I can create one for you or that special person in your life. I can help you pick your crystals based on factors like your / recipient's desired energetic benefit (e.g., love, calm, protection, anxiety, depression, etc.), your/their astrological sign (crystals that align with energy), and or your/their personal intuition about which stones you /they feel most drawn to (based on inventory we have on hand). You can even just choose / request your own colors or specific crystals. There is a $5 up-charge per item for custom designs (any changes to existing designs currently available for purchase).
Do you offer different chain lengths?
YES. You have choice of 16" or 18". Please specify your preferred length in your comments when purchasing.
How do I care for my jewelry?
You will receive care instructions with each item but I recommend removing them before showering/bathing or swimming. The chains are stainless so they do not discolor like sterling silver and they are also more durable. Do not allow others to handle your items (avoid energy transfer).
Whats that smell when I receive my items?
After creating and before packaging, I lightly "smudge spray your necklace / item before packing it for shipping. That way when you receive it, it will be ready for your energy (no longer have my energy on attached to). The smell will dissipate once the item has been exposed to air usually within a few minutes.
